AI-generated content
AI Route Builder and Ask AI generate suggestions using our human-verified content library. These suggestions are produced automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional advice, and we do not warrant their accuracy. Review AI suggestions and verify important details before acting on them.
Purchases & credits
- In-app purchases. Chongqing is free. A one-time City Pack purchase unlocks the full content of paid cities. AI features use credits — consumable points bought within the app.
- Pricing. All prices are shown and charged through the App Store and may vary by region and over time. The price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase governs.
- Consumables. Credits are consumable and, in line with Apple's policies, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial travel planning. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, and don't submit unlawful or abusive content to AI features.
Intellectual property
The app, its content, text, design, and trademarks are owned by ChinaHappens or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use saved content for your personal travel; you may not copy, redistribute, or resell it. Itineraries and notes you create remain yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinaHappens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content, including travel disruptions or costs.
Governing law
